REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Unless otherwise stated, rehearsals and activities will be held at Dance Magic Studios.
Please check back often as the schedule is subject to change as needed.
ALL DANCERS ARE PERMITTED 2 ABSENCES [absences for illness and other dance performances are excused; however, if too many absences are accumulated, the dancer may be excused from the production]
Company members are permitted to understudy any role they like. Other cast members need to receive permission in order to understudy another role.
Wednesday, May 8 ~ LPAC
8 am – 12 pm LPAC – Load In for company members who sign up only
12 – 1 pm Lunch – everyone must leave the building
1 – 5 pm LPAC – continue load in for company members who sign up only
Thursday, May 9 ~ LPAC
8 am – 12 pm LPAC – continue Load In for company members who sign up only
12 – 1 pm Lunch – everyone must leave the building
1 -3 pm LPAC – company members who sign up only – Q 2 Q
3 – 3:30 pm Spacing: Swanhilda & Franz
3:30 – 4 pm Spacing: Swanhilda, Franz, Butterflies, Prayer, Angels
4 – 4:30 pm Spacing: Hours, Sunrays, Dawn, Young Villagers, Village Girls
4:30 – 5 pm Spacing: Czardas, Mazurka, Friends
5 – 5:30 pm Break – we don’t have to leave the building, dinner break
5:30 – 6:15 pm Company Warm Up On Stage
5:30 pm Call Time: Make Up Ladies – make up 1 dancer from each group
5:45 pm Call Time: Butterflies, Czardas Girls
6 pm Call Time: Sun Rays, Village Girls, Angels, Young Villagers, Village Girls, Adults
7 pm Dress Rehearsal ~ Full Show PINK CAST Run Act 3 and Bows, Then Act 1 and Act 2.

9 pm Pick Up: Butterflies, Czardas Girls
10 pm Clear the building
